Healing in Connection
There are times when healing is helped by being in the presence of others who understand something of what we are carrying.
I offer small, compassionate groups for people navigating grief, loss, and significant life transitions. My groups combine therapeutic support with opportunities for reflection, connection, and personal growth.
Psycho-Spiritual Grief Groups
Grief touches every part of us—emotional, physical, psychological, and, for many people, spiritual.
These groups offer a safe and supportive space to explore grief while remaining open to questions of meaning, continuing connection, and the ways a relationship with someone we love may change after death. You do not need to hold any particular spiritual belief to participate. Curiosity, openness, and respect for the experiences of others are enough.
Grief & Loss Support
For those grieving the death of a spouse, partner, family member, or other significant person, these groups provide a place to speak openly about loss without pressure to grieve according to someone else’s timetable.
Together, we explore the realities of grief, ways of caring for ourselves through it, and how life and love can continue to evolve after profound loss.
Upcoming Groups
New groups are offered periodically and are intentionally kept small. For current group availability or additional information, please contact me.
